Booking Conditions

  • A 50% non-returnable deposit is required on booking.
  • The balance is required 2 week prior to arrival.
  • In the event that the balance is not paid then the booking will be cancelled. 
  • On arrival guests are requested to check in at the Ffarm Hotel reception.
  • A £50 Damage Deposit, if not already paid, shall be due on arrival and will be held by the Ffarm subject to the guests reasonable use of the Ffarm Flat and compliance with these booking conditions. 
  • The Ffarm Flat is provided in a clean and serviceable condition on check-in and it is required to be left in a clean and presentable condition on departure.
  • If any item becomes unserviceable during the course of your stay it should be reported at the earliest opportunity
  • Similarly any damage to the Flat or its contents should be brought to our attention at the earliest opportunity
  • It is required that all crockery, dishes, cutlery and all other kitchen equipment (including the pans. oven and grill) are left in a clean and presentable condition prior to departure.
  • It is required that the electric heaters and towel rail are switched off at the mains prior to departure.
  • It is required that all foodstuffs and perishables (except those provided by us on arrival) shall be removed from the flat prior to departure and the fridge left in a clean and presentable condition
  • It is required that all rubbish is to be bagged and removed from the flat and deposited in the black bin provided outside or in the general waste container adjacent to the Ffarm entrance (with an orange lid).
  • The key must be returned to the Ffarm Hotel reception on check-out 
  • In the event that the above requirements are respected and the Flat is left in a presentable condition then no deduction from the Damage Deposit will be made and a full refund provided within 48hrs of departure.
  • We shall be entitled to deduct from the Damage Deposit reasonable penalties for additional cleaning, repair or replacement of items incurred as a result of a failure of guests to respect the Flat and comply with the above booking conditions.
